General Information
Electronic Artwork
E-Mail Artwork:
All artwork should be submitted within 24 hours of sending purchase order. Purchase order number should be noted in e-mailed file.Artwork must be e-mailed to Sunset Brass Products. The following formats of e-mailed artwork will be accepted.
  • Adobe® Photoshop® (black-and-white .jpeg, .tiff, .pict)
  • Adobe® Illustrator® (Mac or PC)

Flash Drive/Disk:
The following format of digitally submitted artwork will be accepted:

  • Adobe® Photoshop® (black-and-white .jpeg, .tiff, .pict)
  • Adobe® Illustrator® (Mac or PC)
Hard Copy Artwork

In an occurrence where electronic artwork is not available, a hard copy may be submitted. All submitted hard copy art must be black-and white.
Order Proofs
E-Mail/Fax Proof
A no-charge, black-and-white e-mail/fax proof is available only if requested and noted on purchase order.

  • An e-mail/fax proof will pro-long order by two business days.

Preproduction Proof
Pre-production proofs are available prior to mass production of an order. Applicable charges apply.

Random Sample
Samples are available with random imprints

  • Samples with an end quantity price exceeding $10(r) are billed
  • Random samples must be returned within 30-days of delivery date.
  • Once sample is returned, invoice will be credited less shipping charges.
Services
Acknowledgement
Orders will be acknowledged via fax/e-mail within two days subsequent to receiving purchase order.

Artwork Changes
Any request for changes to artwork made prior to production of any dies carry a fee of $65(r). Changes after the production of any dies will require a new die charge and a fee of $150 (r) may apply.

Cancellation
Approved cancellations must be submitted in writing. An administrative fee may apply in addition to all costs incurred prior to submission of cancellation request. Rush orders and orders in the production state are not eligible for cancellation. Sunset Brass reserves the right to cancel orders with no activity after a period of 120- days.

Color Variance
Because of the nature of materials used and changes to manufactured products, beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee an exact match of products with-in and order or on repeat orders. \

Less than Minimum
Some items are available in quantities less than stated minimum quantity. A $210(r) less than minimum charge applies in addition to an increased price point.

Over-run/Under-run
Due to the nature of casting up to five percent of over-run/under-run may be shipped and invoiced.

PMS Color Match
Service is available; a fee of $65 (r) may apply. PMS color must be specified on purchase order (please specify coated or uncoated).

Production Time
Production times very by product and is determined by quantity ordered. Production time begins one business day after we receive all order clarifications and Sunset Brass Products considers order is ready for production.

Re-Orders
All artwork is filed for a period of 24 months. Set-up and art charges are waived for all re-orders, with exact specification of a pervious order, with-in 24 months.

Rush order
Orders needed earlier than standard production time stated may require a rush charge. Rush orders cannot be canceled once a purchase order is submitted. A 25% surcharge may apply on rush orders.

Shipping
Changes to Shipping
Any changes to shipping method or shipping address must be submitted in writing with PO number clearly stated to Sunset Brass Products 24 hours prior of scheduled ship date. We can only guaranty accuracy if this request is made 24 hours prior to ship date.

F.O.B
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Sunset Brass Products factory.

Preferred Carrier
Orders shipped by Sunset Brass Products are through our preferred carrier UPS.

Shipping on Rush Orders
In an attempt to meet in-hands dates on rush orders Sunset Brass Products may use any method of shipping available, which includes: overnight, 2-day, or 3-day service.

Price Increases
Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy
Prior to returning merchandise a return authorization number (RA) must be obtained. All items returned with-out a valid RA number will be rejected or shipped back at shipper’s expense. All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Shortage/Damage Claims
Carrier obtains all responsibility during transport of merchandise. Shortage or damage claims should be directed to shipping company.
